CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
In accordance with rule 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Mr Antony Page is standing
down as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) with immediate effect. Mr Page was
appointed as CEO of Protech on the 1 September 2011.
Mr Victor Dingle, the newly appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company will be
appointed as acting CEO, with immediate effect, until the vacancy is filled by the board.
The Protech board thanks Mr Page for his contributions during his tenure and would
like to wish him well in his future endeavours.
