TRADING STATEMENT
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, companies are required to inform
shareholders as soon as there is a reasonable degree of
certainty that the earnings of the company for the current
reporting period are likely to vary by more than 20% in
comparison to that of the previous corresponding period.
It is expected that the company will report:
- a basic profit per share for the year ended 28 February
2014 of between 0.396 cents and 0.484 cents compared to
the basic loss per share of 5.92 cents for the year ended
28 February 2013; and
- a headline profit per share for the year ended
28 February 2014 of between 0.36 cents and 0.44 cents
compared to the headline loss per share of 5.92 cents for
the year ended 28 February 2013.
The financial information on which this trading statement is
based has not been reviewed or reported on by the company’s
auditors.
The company’s results for the year ended 28 February 2014 are
expected to be released on SENS on or about 30 May 2014.
