CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
In accordance with rule 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Mr TW Rensen has resigned as
a member of the board and chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee with
immediate effect. Mr Rensen was appointed as an independent non-executive director
on the 19 April 2012.
The Protech board would like to thank Mr Rensen for his contributions during his
tenure and would like to wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
