Shareholders are advised that the resolutions proposed in the notice to shareholders issued on 16 May 2014, to
approve the removal of Moore Stephens BK Incorporated and simultaneously appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers
as the auditor of the Company, were passed by the requisite majority of votes cast in favour thereof at the
Meeting.
SVF has a primary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange’s Alternative Exchange.
