APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

RBPlat is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Wilson as a non-executive
director to its board of directors (“Board”) with effect from 29 May 2014.
Mr Wilson is a Charted Accountant and is currently an Investment Manager: Strategic
Investments at Royal Bafokeng Holdings (Proprietary) Limited. In addition, Mr Wilson is
currently a director of Metair Investments Limited, representing Royal Bafokeng Holdings
Proprietary Limited.
The Board welcomes Mr Wilson’s appointment and looks forward to his contribution as a
director of the company.
