Shareholders are advised that the Annual Integrated Report and detailed Annual
Financial Statements for the year ended 28 February 2014 are available on the
Company’s website www.santova.com. The Annual Integrated Report will be
posted to shareholders today, and contains no modifications to the audited
results as published on SENS on 15 May 2014.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Santova will be held
in the Harbour View boardroom, Santova House, 88 Mahatma Gandhi Road,
Durban, 4001 on Tuesday, 29 July 2014 at 12H00 to transact business as stated
in the notice of the Annual General Meeting. The notice of the Annual General
Meeting forms part of the 2014 Annual Integrated Report.
Shareholders are advised to please note that the record date for shareholders
to be recorded as such in the securities register of the Company in order to be
able to attend, participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 18
July 2014 and the last date to trade to be able to attend, participate and vote at
the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 11 July 2014 and not as published in the
Annual Integrated Report posted to shareholders today.
