LISTING OF ADDITIONAL debentures
Africa ETF has, from commencement of 2 June 2014, issued an additional 600,000
AfricaPlatinum debentures at an approximate issue price of R152.807 per additional
AfricaPlatinum debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 13,996.693 fine
troy ounces of Platinum bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 1,400,000 AfricaPlatinum debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 13,996.693 fine troy ounces of Platinum bullion.
