the JSE Limited, the board of directors of StratCorp hereby notifies
its shareholders that Mr Johannes Hendrik Petrus (Henk) Engelbrecht
has accepted the appointed as the group executive financial director
of StratCorp with effect from 1 July 2014.
Henk is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years’ experience.
