RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders of GPI are hereby advised
that Mr. Faldi Samaai has resigned as non-executive director
of the Company with effect from Monday, 2 June 2014.
The board wishes to thank Mr. Samaai for his valued
contributions during his tenure as a non-executive director of
the company since 10 February 2011. Faldi will nevertheless
continue serving GPI in an executive capacity as the
Development Director of one of the company’s subsidiaries.
