CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Afdawn wishes to
announce the following change to the Board of Directors:
Mr van der Merwe, the non-executive chairman of the Company,
will be resigning from Afdawn with immediate effect.
The directors and management of Afdawn would like to take the
opportunity to thank Mr van der Merwe for the contribution he
has made to the Company during his tenure on the board and
wish him well for the future
