LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWWAVE SILVER NOTES
Absa Bank Limited, acting through its Corporate and Investment Banking Division has, from
commencement of business today, issued an additional 1,200,000 Silver Notes at an issue price of
approximately R2.00 per additional Silver Note, based on the spot ZAR price of approximately one-
hundredth of a troy ounce of Silver on 4th June 2014, following subscriptions in respect of 1,200,000
Silver Notes.
After the additional issue, there will be 9,354,452 Silver Notes in issue.
