NOTICE OF FIRST MEETING OF CREDITORS OF HOLDINGS
1. Shareholders are referred to the announcement that was published on SENS on 26 May 2014, in
which shareholders were advised of the appointment of Mr Juanito Damos on 28 May 2014 as
business rescue practitioner of Holdings.
2. Shareholders are herewith advised that the business rescue practitioner has, on 3 June 2014, given
notice in terms of Section 147 of the Companies Act that the first meeting of creditors will take place
as follows:
2.1 Date: 9 June 2014
2.2 Time: 11:00
2.3 Place: Mercantile Bank, 142 West Street, Sandown, Johannesburg
