MURRAY & ROBERTS AGREES FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT ON GPMOF MAJOR CLAIM
The board of directors of Murray & Roberts (the “Board”) is pleased to announce that a
financial settlement has been reached with Boskalis Australia Pty Ltd in respect of its
Gorgon Pioneer Materials Offloading Facility (“GPMOF”) major claim.
The parties have reached a negotiated settlement on all claims and counter claims. The
agreement provides for two payments, end-June and end-September 2014. The June
payment settles the uncertified revenue taken to book on GPMOF during previous
financial years.
The Board remains committed to achieving a speedy resolution on all outstanding major
claims.
