Shareholders are advised that the company’s integrated annual report incorporating the
annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2014 were posted to
shareholders on Friday, 23 May 2014. The audited financial statements contain no
modifications to the audited results released on SENS on 23 May 2014.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders will be held
at 11:00 on Friday, 27 June 2014, at 2969 William Nicol Drive (Wedgewood Link),
Bryanston, Sandton to transact the business as stated in the notice of annual general
meeting forming part of the integrated annual report.
Record Date
The record date on which shareholders of the company must be registered as such in the
company’s securities register in order to attend and vote at the meeting is Friday, 20 June
2014. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote at the annual general meeting will
be Thursday, 12 June 2014.
