RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all the ordinary resolutions and special
resolutions as per the notice of Annual General Meeting (”AGM”) set out in
the Company’s Integrated Annual Report for the financial period 2013 and
as proposed at its fifty-third AGM , held on Monday 26 May 2014, were
passed with the requisite majorities.
The special resolutions will be lodged with the CIPC in due course.
