RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR
In terms of a shareholders’ agreement between CMH and Thebe
Investment Corporation (Pty) Ltd (“Thebe”), Thebe has the
right to nominate two non-executive directors to the board of
CMH.
CMH announced today that D (Dineo) Molefe has tendered her
resignation as a director with effect from 17 June 2014.
Thebe has proposed the appointment of J (Jerry) Mabena in her
stead, effective 17 June 2014. This appointment will be
placed before shareholders for approval at CMH’s next annual
general meeting, scheduled for May 2015.
