SUSPENSION OF LISTING OF THE SHARES ON THE JOHANNESBURG STOCK EXCHANGE
(“JSE”)
The board of directors of the Company has made the decision to voluntarily suspend its securities on the
JSE and has applied to the JSE for the suspension with immediate effect due to the following reasons:
1. There is still material uncertainty regarding the Company’s going concern; and
2. The business rescue plan is at an early stage and all stakeholders are being engaged.
The JSE has agreed to the request. Shareholders will be kept appraised of the developments in due
course.
