TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, linked unitholders are advised that Rebosis
has received notification from Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“Coronation”) of the
acquisition by Coronation (on behalf of its clients) of that number of linked units in Rebosis such that
Coronation’s total beneficial interest (on behalf of its clients) is now 5.15% of Rebosis’ issued linked units.
