It is with great sadness and regret that AOE announces the passing of Roger Rees on 11 June 2014. Roger
served as an independent non-executive director on the board of directors of the company.
Roger made a significant contribution to the board of directors and will be sorely missed. The board and
management of AOE extend their deepest sympathy to Roger’s family.
