LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWWAVE USD EXCHANGE TRADED NOTES
Following subscriptions in respect of 1,000 000 USD Notes, an additional 1,000,000 USD Notes have,
from commencement of business today, been issued and listed on the JSE at an issue price of
approximately ZAR10.62 per USD Note based on the spot ZAR price of approximately one USD on
13 June 2014.
After the additional issue, there will be 2,335,177 USD Notes in issue.
