GOGLOBAL PROPERTIES LIMITED – NOTICE OF AGM
Hamilton, Bermuda – 13 June, 2014 – GoGlobal announces that the annual general meeting (“AGM”)
of the Company will be held at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4NA, on
Thursday, 10 July 2014 at 2:00 p.m.
The Company has also released its audited consolidated financial statements and the Annual Report for
the period from 26 October 2012 to 31 March 2014. Copies of this, together with the notice of AGM
have today been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company’s website
http://www.goglobalproperties.net.
The record date on which shareholders must be recorded in the Company’s share register in order to
attend and vote at the AGM is Friday, 4 July 2014.
GoGlobal has a primary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the
Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
