CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listing Requirements the board of directors of RBA (the
“board”) hereby advises that Mark Thompson has resigned as a member of the board and as
member and chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 13 June 2014.
The board is pleased to announce that Kabela Maroga, a current member of the board and the
Audit and Risk Committee, has been appointed as the interim chairman of the Audit and Risk
Committee. Kabela is a qualified chartered accountant with more than 10 years’ experience in
the corporate financial environment. She is on the board and serves as the Audit and Risk
Committee Chairman of the Recycling and Economic Development Initiative of South Africa,
Wescoal Holdings Limited and the Limpopo Economic Development Agency.
