Shareholders are advised that the circular, incorporating a notice
of a general meeting to be held at 12:00, at Prescient House,
Westlake Business Park, Otto Close, Westlake, 7945 on Wednesday, 9
July 2014 has been posted to shareholders today.
The notice of meeting contains proposed resolutions relating to
inter alia: a proposed Prescient Forfeitable Share Plan; the
proposed specific issue of shares for cash, to the CEO, Herman Steyn
through his nominee Fisc Investment Management (Pty) Limited, as a
result of a management buy-in structure including financial
assistance; and the proposed specific issue of shares for cash to
the Chairman, Murray Louw.
