RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
MRI shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that at the
general meeting of Shareholders held on Tuesday, 17 June 2014,
all the resolutions as set out in the notice of general
meeting dated 16 May 2014 were passed by 99.99% of
Shareholders present and eligible to vote. The shares of the
Shareholders present and eligible to vote at the meeting
represented 90.73% of MRI’s issued share capital.
