In compliance with section 122 (3) of the Companies Act (71 of 2008) and regulation 121 (2)
(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and section 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements,
the Company advises shareholders that it has been notified by Coronation Asset Management
(Pty) Ltd (acting on behalf of its clients) that it has acquired shares in the Company resulting
in Coronation’s clients collective beneficial interest in the Company increasing to 25.74% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
