FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 10 April 2014 and are advised
that the engagement between Redefine Properties Limited (“Redefine”) and Fountainhead Manco in relation to
the possible terms of a potential merger between Redefine and Fountainhead are continuing and Fountainhead
unitholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in their Fountainhead units until a further
announcement is made.
