Resignation of current Company Secretary and appointment of new

In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the board of directors of Trustco wish to inform
shareholders that Mr DJ Steyn has resigned as Company Secretary
with effect from 18 July 2014.
Per section 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Ms
Sandra Miller (BLC LLB) has been appointed as Company secretary
with effect from 18 July 2014.
The Company wishes to thank Mr. Steyn for his valuable
contribution during his tenure as Company Secretary.
