LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPalladium debentures
Africa ETF has, from commencement of 19 June 2014, issued an additional 1,100,000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R87.950 per additional
AfricaPalladium debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 10,989.993 fine
troy ounces of Palladium bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 42,100,000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 420,861.964 fine troy ounces of Palladium bullion.
