DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SHARES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No.71 of
2008, shareholders are advised that, pursuant to a special resolution passed by Brimstone shareholders on 21
May 2014, Septen Investments (Proprietary) Limited (“Septen”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brimstone, has
disposed of its beneficial interest of 7.76% in Brimstone ordinary shares and 8.20% in Brimstone “N” ordinary
shares to the Company, resulting in Septen no longer holding any beneficial interest in both Brimstone’s
ordinary shares and Brimstone’s “N” ordinary shares.
