JD GROUP CONVERTIBLE BONDS - FULL CAPITAL REDEMPTION
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the JD Group ZAR1,000,000,000 7.5% Fixed Rate Senior Unsecured
Convertible Bonds (“Bonds”), investors are herewith advised of the full capital redemption of the Bonds as indicated
below, with effect from 27 June 2014. All noteholders have elected redemption of the Bonds pursuant to the Change of
Control Notice issued on 14 April 2014, read with the provisions of the Offering Circular dated 13 June 2012. The
listing of the Bonds will be suspended on 19 June 2014 and the termination of the listing will be effective from
commencement of trade on 30 June 2014.
