CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that non-executive director, Mr Francois van Niekerk will be retiring from the board of
Attacq with effect from 27 June 2014.
Mr van Niekerk was one of the founders of the business that lead to the creation of Attacq. The board would like to
express its appreciation to Mr van Niekerk for his invaluable contribution to the growth of the company since its
inception and wish him well in his retirement.
