RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 27 May 2014, and using the terms defined therein
unless otherwise stated, shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of Sentula held on
25 June 2014, convened in terms of the notice of general meeting contained in the circular to shareholders
dated 27 May 2014, the resolutions to approve and implement, inter alia, the Disposals, and to obtain the
authority to sell Treasury Shares for cash, were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
