FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements of 26 March 2014
and 14 May 2014 and are advised that Spur is still involved in negotiations
regarding the introduction of a Black Economic Empowerment partner to the
Spur group, which if successfully concluded, may impact on the price of the
company’s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities until a detailed
announcement is made.
