WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released by the company on 17 February 2014 and the
further cautionary announcements released by Ascension, Rebosis Property Fund Limited (?Rebosis?) and Delta
Property Fund Limited (?Delta?) (collectively ?the Parties?) on 25 February 2014 and 13 May 2014 relating to the
conclusion of a co-operation agreement between the Parties to explore a tripartite merger, as well as to the
announcement released by Rebosis and Delta on 24 June 2014 wherein it was advised that a tripartite merger is no
longer opportune.
In the circumstances linked unitholders are advised that caution is no longer required when dealing in Ascension
linked units.
