CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Linked unitholders are advised that independent non-executive Chairman Dines Gihwala has for personal
reasons resigned from the board of directors of Redefine with immediate effect.
Redefine wishes to thank Dines for his contribution to the company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
The appointment of a new Chairman of the board will be announced in due course.
