APPOINTMENT OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
SilverBridge (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Jocobeth Chikaonda has been appointed
as a non-executive director with effect from 25 June 2014.
Jocobeth is an Executive Manager at Kagiso Tiso Holdings Proprietary Limited, and serves as a non-
executive director on the boards of several private companies. Jocobeth holds a MBA and a Post Graduate
Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Pretoria, as well as a BCompt Honours
(Accounting Sciences) from the University of South Africa.
The Board welcomes Jocobeth and looks forward to her contribution to SilverBridge.
