LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPalladium debentures
Africa ETF has, from commencement of 27 June 2014, issued an additional 100,000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R87.523 per additional
AfricaPalladium debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 998.982 fine troy
ounces of Palladium bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 43,300,000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 432,849.703 fine troy ounces of Palladium bullion.
