NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Unitholders are advised that Vukile’s integrated annual report incorporating the audited financial statements for the
year ended 31 March 2014 was dispatched to unitholders today and contains no changes from the audited condensed
consolidated results for the year ended 31 March 2014 which were released on SENS on Monday, 26 May 2014.
As set out in the notice of annual general meeting dispatched together with the integrated annual report, the annual
general meeting of the company will be held at 8:00 on Tuesday, 26 August 2014 in the main boardroom, One-on-
Ninth, corner Glenhove Road and Ninth Street, Melrose Estate, 2196, Gauteng.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 8 August
2014 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 15 August 2014.
