TRP121: NOTIFICATIONS OF DISPOSALS AND ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 and Regulation 121(2)(b) of the
Companies Act Regulations, 2011, linked unitholders are advised that Ascension has received notifications
from:
- Delta Property Fund Limited (“Delta”) of its disposal of Ascension A linked units and Ascension B
linked units such that Delta no longer holds any Ascension linked units;
- Rebosis Property Fund Limited (“Rebosis”) of its acquisition of Ascension A linked units such that
Rebosis now holds 9.07% of Ascension’s A linked units and of its acquisition of Ascension B linked
units such that Rebosis now holds 51% of Ascension’s B linked units.
