Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual financial
statements for the period ended 31 March 2014 are available on the
Company’s website at www.cadiz.co.za, and contain no modifications
to the summarised consolidated preliminary results, which were
released on 2 June 2014. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the
results and the annual financial statements of the Company and
their reports are available for inspection at the registered
offices of the Company.
The Company’s Integrated Report was posted to shareholders on 30
June 2014.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the
Company will be held at 14:30 on Thursday, 21 August 2014, in the
boardroom on the 4th Floor, The Terraces, 25 Protea Road,
Claremont, Cape Town to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting.
