Basil Read is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Doris Dondur as
independent non-executive director to the Board, with effect from 24 June
2014.
Ms Dondur is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accounting
(University of Stellenbosch, Honours B Compt and Certificate in Theory of
Accounting (University of South Africa) and MBA (University of Stellenbosch
Business School).
Ms Dondur serves as a director on the boards of the following companies:
- Gautrain Management Agency (Deputy Chairperson);
- Civil Aviation Authority;
- SOUTH African National Blood Services (SANBS) and
- Trustee of Professional Provident Society Holdings (PPS).
The Board welcomes Ms.Dondur’s appointment.
