CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Sizakele Marutlulle has resigned from the board of directors
("Board") in her capacity as independent non-executive director with effect from 30 June 2014.
The Company would like to thank Sizakele for her valuable contribution and wishes her well in
her future endeavours.
