WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the further cautionary announcement dated 29 January 2014 and the
subsequent announcements thereto dated 14 April 2014 and 16 May 2014 and using the terms defined
therein unless otherwise stated, are advised that as the board of directors of Sentula (“the Board”) believes
that the proceeds from the Disposals will suffice in reducing the Group’s senior debt, the Board is no longer
engaging with the parties who approached the Board with an interest in certain other businesses within the
Sentula portfolio. Accordingly, caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in Sentula’s
securities.
