CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Linked unitholders are advised that chief executive officer, Ashraf Mohamed, has resigned from the board of directors
of Ascension (“the board”) with immediate effect.
The board has embarked upon a process of appointing a suitable replacement and expects to make an announcement in
due course.
The board of Ascension thanks Ashraf for his valued service to the company.
