APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised of the following appointment to the Board of Clientele
Limited:
Mr. Matsobane Peter Matlwa, CA (SA), MBA, M.Com (Tax), has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director of the Group with effect from 01 July 2014 and
will also serve as a member of the Group audit committee.
He is presently an independent non-executive director of Sasol Inzalo Public Limited
and the chief executive officer of Matlwa Consulting (Pty) Ltd. He was previously
an independent non-executive director of JD Group Limited where he also served as
the chairperson of the risk management committee and a member of the audit
committee. He also served as the chief executive officer of the South African
Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) until 31 January 2014.
