DISCLOSURE OF AN ACQUISITION AND DISPOSALS OF SECURITIES IN
TERMS OF SECTION 122
Shareholders are referred to the recent conversion of debt to
equity and other specific issues as detailed in the
announcement dated 8 April 2014 and in the circular dated 16
May 2014.
In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act No.
71 of 2008, as amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that the Company has received formal notification
that:
- AfrAsia Special Opportunities Fund Limited (“ASOF”) has
increased its beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of
the Company, such that ASOF’s shareholding in the Company is
now 30.62%;
- Armadale Capital Plc (“ACP”) has decreased its beneficial
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that
ACP’s shareholding in the Company is now 29.91%; and
- Trinity Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (“TAM”), as asset manager
on behalf of its clients, has decreased its beneficial
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that
TAM’s collective shareholding in the Company is now 31.21%.
