Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Index Warrants (Autocalls), hereby notifies holders of their
automatic option expiry which occurred on 1 July 2014 (see the related securities above).
On 1 July 2014 (the Valuation and Exercise Date), the Index Level was 3256.11, therefore the Autocalls automatically
exercise and expire on 1 July 2014, and the Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as follows:
Reference Amount x Coupon x CCF = 112 x 137.5% x 14.5951
Reference Amount = EURO 112
CCF = 14.5951
The Cash Settlement Amount per Autocall held on 1 July 2014 will automatically accrue to the holder via instruction
through STRATE.
Holders will receive a Cash Settlement Amount of R2247,64 on 11 July 2014 for every warrant held.
