SOUTH AFRICA PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“BYTES SA”), OF 27% OF ITS ISSUED
SHARE CAPITAL FROM KAGISO STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS PROPRIETARY LIMITED
(“KSI”) AND VENOPT PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“VENOPT”)
Shareholders are advised that further to the Company’s announcement released on SENS
on 9 May 2014, all of the conditions precedent relating to the acquisition have been fulfilled
and accordingly the acquisition has become effective and unconditional.
