Further to the cautionary announcement dated 27 March 2014, the further cautionary announcement dated 3
April 2014 and the renewal of cautionary announcement dated 21 May 2014, shareholders are advised that
discussions with Adcorp Holdings Limited are still in progress which, if successfully concluded may have a
material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities, until a further announcement is made.
