UPDATE ON SALIENT DATES WITH REGARDS TO FORBES CHANGE OF NAME
TO BUFFALO COAL CORP.
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on
SENS on 2 June 2014 wherein salient dates were included for
the proposed change of name from Forbes & Manhattan Coal Corp.
to Buffalo Coal Corp. (“the Announcement”)
The name change is still subject to receipt of Toronto Stock
Exchange approval and has therefore been delayed. Accordingly
the salient dates referred to in the Announcement are no
longer applicable.
Shareholders will be advised of the salient dates relating to
the change of name once TSX approval has been received.
